Method
PREPERATION OF DRESSING
In a mixing bowl, combine lemon juice, dry oregano, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. Mix well and place in the chiller.
In another mixing bowl, arrange all the salad ingredients, mix well, and top with the chilled dressing.
Slice the cheese, place it on top of the salad, and drizzle the rest of the sauce over the cheese.
Garnish with pine nuts and slivered almonds.
