Products sold by Sharjah coop guaranteed being original stock from the brand, the distributor, or the manufactory warehouse. They carry a limited original warranty for up to 12 months from the brand or the distributor that protects them against any manufacturing default.

This warranty obligation is limited to repair of defective product or replacement of the defective part, or replacement or refund according to the price of the product at the time of repair or replacement.

1. Manufacturer’s warranty wherever applicable as per items, commences from the date of purchase mentioned on the sales invoice.
2. Primary responsibility for warranty service rests with the product brand owner/principal supplier and Sharjah coop is a facilitator only.
3. Accessories, batteries, and consumables are not covered under warranty.
4. Items missing the identification number or code (such as UPC code or IMEI number) are not covered under warranty.
5. Warranty becomes invalid if the product(s) has been opened or tampered by an unauthorized person or other service center.
6. Retain sales invoice and warranty card to claim warranty.
7. Warranty is applicable within the limits of U.A.E only, unless specified otherwise.
