Cooking Instructions

Method        
Mix lamb and beef with onion and spices. Mix well and store in the chiller for 30 minutes.        
Mix chicken drumsticks in a bowl with mustard BBQ sauce, tomato sauce, dry oregano, garlic paste, chili paste, netmack (Worcestershire sauce), and vinegar.        
Use the marination of meat but add 5g of chopped parsley, flatten well inside the bread, and keep it on the side.        
Another bread, spread the chili paste inside, and close. Keep it on the side.        
Grill meat kofta and chicken drumsticks until fully cooked. Cook the arayes with chili paste and stick a vegetable.        
On the plate, arrange the parsley with onion as a garnish.        
Arrange the chicken drumsticks and kofta and slice of arayes and slice of the chili bread. Serve all on the side with hummus and garlic sauce.
