- 1kg Lamb Mince
- 500g Tomato Sauce
- 4g Tomato Paste
- 10g Dry Oregano
- 1g Slice Fresh Potato
- 50g Celery
- 50g Leek
- 40g Garlic
- 100g Onions
- 70g Carrots
- 70g Bread Crumble
- 150g Shredded Mozarella Cheese
- 50g Parsley
- 5g Salt
- 5g White Pepper
- 5g Seven Spices
- 50ml Olive Oil

Method
1. In a mixing bowl, combine sliced potatoes with Salt, pepper, seven spices, and olive oil.
2. Arrange the potatoes in a food pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 5 minutes.
3. Remove from the oven and set aside.
4. On high heat, place a flat pan, add olive oil and lamb mince, and sauté. Then add the celery, leek, garlic, onion, and carrot
5. Continue to sauté, then add tomato sauce, tomato paste, and dry oregano.
6. Reduce to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes until everything is cooked. Season with Salt, pepper, and seven spices.
7. Remove from the heat.
8. In the same pan with the cooled potatoes, add the cooked lamb mixture. Top with mozzarella cheese and bread crumbs, and drizzle a little olive oil over everything. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F).
9. Bake for 7 minutes or until the cheese has melted and turned golden.
10. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes on the side.
11. Cut and arrange on a serving plate.
12. Garnish with parsley on top.
