Method
Marinate the Lamb Chops: In a mixing bowl, marinate lamb chops with salt, black pepper, and Cajun spices.
Cook the Lamb Chops: In a heated pan, add olive oil, rosemary, turmeric, and cherry tomatoes, and place the lamb chops in the pan. Cook for 2 minutes on each side.
Prepare the Sauce: Remove the lamb chops from the pan. Add onions and mushrooms to the same pan and sauté. Then add cream, butter, salt, and pepper.
Simmer: Continue cooking on low heat for 3 minutes to combine the flavors.
Cook the Potatoes: In a pot of boiling water, cook the potatoes until tender.
Make Mashed Potatoes: Drain the potatoes and add salt, pepper, butter, and cream. Mash until smooth.
Plating: On a plate, arrange the mashed potatoes and place two lamb chops on top. Pour the sauce over the lamb chops. Garnish with parsley and a sprinkle of Cajun spices.
