- 10g Parsley
- 5g Salt

- 5g Seven Spices
- 5g Pine Seed
- 4g Potato Slice
- 200ml Tomato Fresh Slice
- 5g Dry Oregano
Sauce - 50g Tahina Sauce
- 5g Salt
- 5g Black Pepper
- 1.2ltr Water
- 10ml Lemon Juice
- 5g Cumin Powder
- 5g White Vinegar
- 5g Fresh Garlic

Method
1. In mixing bowl, mix lamb, onion, parsley. Seasoning with the salt, black pepper and seven spices
2. Divind and arrange the lamb where 1 pcs coming 30 gm only. Kept in in side
3. In the mixing bowl, marinated the potato slice with salt, seven spices, dry oregano, olive oil.
4. Then roasted the potato in the oven at 180c for 5 minutes.
5. Arrange the potato then the meat then the tomato in the tray. Roasted in the oven for 10 minutes.
6. In the mixing bowl, put some tahina sauce, salt, cumin powder, pepper, lemon, water. Mix it well. Then added the vinegar.
7. Pour the tahina sauce, the top of potato and tomato and meat. Keep it back in the oven for 5 minutes at 180c temo.
8. Remove it from the oven, platting - arrange it on the plate.
9. Garnish with nuts and fresh parsley.
