- 5g Oregano

- 200g Tomato Sauce
- 5g Tomato Paste

- 2 Cubes Beef Stock
- 100g Cooking Cream
- 5g Pine Seeds
- 5g Coriander
- 70g Potato Cubes

Method
In a mixing bowl, combine beef mince, Salt, pepper, and oregano. Mix well and form into small, round balls.
Lightly sprinkle the meatballs with flour. In a hot pan, sauté the meatballs until browned on all sides, then set aside.
In the same pan, add onion, garlic, and a drizzle of olive oil. Sauté, then add tomato sauce, tomato paste, and cubed potatoes. Pour in beef stock and bring to a simmer. Let cook on low heat until the potatoes are tender.
Add the meatballs back into the sauce and pour in some cooking cream. Simmer on low heat for another 5 minutes.
Stir in fresh coriander just before serving to enhance the flavor.
To plate, arrange the meatballs and garnish with pine nuts and additional fresh coriander. Serve alongside white rice.
