- 10g Stick Potato
- 2 Leaves Roman Lettuce

- 5g Cucumber Pickle
- 10g Jalapeno
- 10g Honey
- 10g Cajun Spices
- 10g Mustard
- 10g BBQ mayonnaise

Method
1. In the mixing bowl, mix the lamb mince, white onion, parsley and seasoning with salt, black pepper, seven spices and net mak powder
2. In mixing bowl, mixing the mayonnaise bbq, mustard, cajun spices, honey, jalapeno, cucumber, white onion. Mix it well. Keep it on the side.
3. In hot flat frying pan, arrange the lamb mince the top of tortilla bread and added the olive oil . Frying the meat in the pan untill become cooked. Flip for the another side for 2 minutes.
4. Arrange it on half of bread and meat, mozarella cheese and sauce and lettuce and we close to another side.
5. Platting - arrange it on the side cheedar cheese sauce and arrange it the tortilla bread on the top. Topping with the stick potato and parsley and cajun spices.
