Method
1. In mixing bowl, marinated chicken breast with the salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, olive oil and cajun spices . Keep it on the side.
2. Another mixing bowl, marinated the cut sweet potatoes with the salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, olive oil and replace it in hot oven for 180c for 10 minutes.
3. In hot flat pan, added the oil and butter and cooking the chicken for both side for 10 minutes.
4. Remove the chicken, added onion, garlic, cooking saute. Added the green peas and cooking cream untill the sauce become thicky.
5. Arrange the platting - put it the sweet potato and topped with the chicken and pour the sauce in the top. Garnish with cajun spices.
