Ingredients

  • 500g Rice

  • 2 Pieces Bay Leave
  • 5g Salt
  • 30ml Sunflower Oil
  • 300g Chicken Breast Cubes
  • 5ml Olive Oil
  • 10g Butter
  • 5g Garlic
  • 5g Ginger
  • 40g Onions
  • 100g Yoghurt
  • 20g Tomato Paste
  • 100g Tomato Sauce
  • 70g Cooking Cream
  • 10g Fresh Coriander
  • 5g Turmeric Powder
  • 5g Cumin Powder
  • 5g Black Pepper
  • 5g Madras Curry Powder
  • 50g Cashew Nut
  • 5g Garam Masala
  • 2 Pieces Dry Lemons

Cooking Instructions

Method                    
1. In mixing bowl, mix chicken, salt, pepper, turmeric, garam masala, madras curry, cumin. Mixing well keep in the side for 15 minutes.                    
2. In hot frying pan, added the oil. Butter, dry lemon and bay leaf and fry the chicken cubes.                     
3. Remove from the pan until the color coming gold. In the same pan, added onion, garlic, ginger, cooking saute.                    
4. Added the cashew nuts, stir fry and added tomato sauce, tomato paste and leave it boiling for 10 minutes.                    
5. Seasoning with turmeric, garam masala, salt, yoghurt, cumin powder and added chicken inside. Leave it for 20 minute cooked.\                    
6. Added the cooking cream and mashed by the hand mixer.                     
7. Strain in clean hot pan and add the chicken leave it for 20 minutes.                     
8. Added the corainder fresh.                    
9. Platting - in the bowl replaec the chicken with the sauce and garnish with fresh corainder and fresh ginger. And put it cream in the top.                     
10. Serving with the side rice.
