Beef Steak With Beetroot

Ingredients

  • 300g Ribeye Steak
  • 200g Fresh Potato
  • 10g Butter
  • 5g Salt
  • 5g White pepper
  • 5g Black Pepper
  • 40g Cooking cream
  • 100g White Onion
  • 1g Soy Sauce
  • 2 Rosemary Leaves
  • 2 Fresh Thyme Leaves
  • 50g Cherry Tomato
  • 5g Parsley Leaves
  • 1 piece Boiled Beetroot
  • 2 pieces Beef Stock
  • 5 pieces Garlic
  • 2g Flour

Cooking Instructions

 

1. In deep hot water, clean and slice potato and boiling for 25 minutes. Then strain from the water        
2. In mixing bowl, mixing the potato with the salt, white pepper, butter, cream. Mix it well        
3. Grated the beetroot and mix it with the mashed potato and mix it well.        
4. In flat frying pan, put olive oil and stick and butter and added the rosemary and thyme.        
5. Cooking for 1 side for 3 minutes and flip for another side.         
6. Remove it from the pan, in the same pan, added onion, garlic, cherry tomato, cooking saute. And added the fresh cream and beef stock and soy sauce. Mixing gently in low fire.        
7. Added the steak inside the sauce and leave it for 3 minutes more.        
8. Platting - arrange the plate, put the rush mashed potato in the middle of the plate, topping of steak and rest of the cherry tomato and sauce .         
9. Garnish with the parsley.
