Dried Fruit Compote
Ingredients
- 500g Dried fruit (apricot, figs, prunes) roughly chopped
- 2 Pieces Cardamom pods, lightly crushed
- 100ml Boiling water
- 12ml Orange juice
- 150g 0% Fat Greek-style yogurt

Cooking Instructions
1- Place the fruits and crushed cardamom in a large heatproof bowl
2- Pour over water and orange juice and leave to soak for at least 3 hours
3- Remove the cardamom and serve with the yogurt swirled in.
