- 450g Tomatoes, cut into eighth Pieces
- 1 Piece Cucumber, seeded and chopped
- 200g Feta cheese, crumbled
- 4 Pieces Spring onions sliced
- 50 Cup black olives, stoned and halved
- 90g Olive oil
- 25ml Lemon juice
- 3g Salt and ground black pepper
