Dried Fruit Compote
Ingredients
1. Dried fruit (apricot, figs, prunes) roughly chopped 500gm
2. Cardamom pods, lightly crushed 2pcs
3. Boiling water 100ml
4. Orange juice 125ml
5. 0% Fat greek style yogurt 150gm

Cooking Instructions
1- Place the fruits and crushed cardamom in a large heatproof bowl
2- Pour over water and orange juice and leave to soak for at least 3 hours
3- Remove the cardamom and serve with the yogurt swirled in.
